Install ResScan Essentials software
You can download ResScan Essentials software from the ResMed Healthcare Professional website if you have an account. If you don't have an account, you can request one from the Healthcare Professional Portal in your region, and gain access in approximately two business days.
Important
You must have Windows administrator privileges on the computer to install the software.
To install ResScan Essentials software
Download the ResScan Essentials software to a convenient location, such as your Downloads folder.
Close all open applications on your computer.
Double-click the ResScan Essentials setup file.
Enter your Windows administrator username and password.
Review and accept the End User Licence Agreement.
Choose the installation folder, and click Install.
When the software installation completes, click Finish.
After a successful installation, the ResScan Essentials icon appears on the computer desktop.
Uninstall ResScan Essentials software:
Open the Control Panel.
Select Programs and Features.
Right-click ResScan Essentials and select Uninstall.
